Villa Qusia is Qunci’s Premier Villa. Villa Qusia offers uncompromising luxury with its 25-meter private overflow pool, 3 Master Bedrooms, expansive outdoor dining and living area, entertainment/TV room, gourmet kitchen, private study and library, as well as a state-of-the-art exercise room.

The interiors are all elegantly appointed, decorated with a refined art collection and framed with large windows to provide spectacular views of the Lombok Sea, Bali’s Mt. Gunung Agung, and the surrounding tropical mountains.

Bedrooms

Villa Qusia is Qunci’s 3 Bedroom luxury villa. The 6x6 meter Master Bedrooms are elegantly designed to frame the spectacular views of the Lombok Sea, Bali’s Mt. Gunung Agung, and the surrounding tropical mountains.

The prime Master Bedroom is located directly above the 25 meter pool and adjoins the private study and exercise room. This bedroom opens into a 6x6 meter, natural wood floor walk-in closet with a stylish bathtub and open-air shower facing the ocean.

The second Master Bedroom, perfect for children, is located next to the TV/Entertainment room. This bedroom has an open garden shower and 2 twin beds.

The third Master Bedroom, located at the front of the property facing the ocean, provides the greatest in privacy from the rest of the villa complex.

Entertainment Area

Villa Qusia offers state-of-the-art audio and television in its stylish 9x6 meter air-conditioned TV and Entertainment room with a 50” plasma satellite TV and a Bose surround-sound home entertainment system.

For communication, Villa Qusia has installed a Bang & Olufsen Beocom 6000 telephone system with handsets in each of the 6 major rooms. The handsets can be used not only for external telephone calls, but also for easy communication between you and your other guests.

Living & Dining Areas

Qusia’s expansive living and dining area serves as the hub for the villa complex, centered between the 3 Master Bedrooms and next to the 25-meter pool.

A traditional ‘alang-alang’ thatched roof covers Qusia’s outdoor living and dining area with distinctive natural-formed teakwood tree-trunks used as pillars. The dining table is a single, square solid piece of Suar wood surrounded by stylish leather-stripped dining chairs. The spacious living area is a casual and relaxed area in which our guests can entertain or merely relax and gaze at the ocean and Bali’s Mt. Gunung Agung, surrounded by tropical mountains and coconut trees.

The living and dining area includes a state-of-the-art sound system for our guests’ enjoyment.

Swimming Pool

Considered one of Villa Qusia’s most spectacular features, the 25 meter infinity-edge overflow pool is angled directly at Bali’s Mt. Gunung Agung and the ocean, and is surrounded by the tropical mountains and coconut trees of Lombok. Like swimming on a sheet of floating glass, the peace and tranquility of a swim in the pool, accompanied by the stunning panoramic views, truly makes this an outstanding feature of Villa Qusia.

Kitchen

Villa Qusia offers a gourmet kitchen for use either by you, or by our personal chef who will create a memorable meal for family and friends.

Furnished with top-of-the-line cooking equipment, this 9x6 meter kitchen also serves as the Butler area and opens out onto the path leading to the back of the living and dining area.

Chef & Butler Service

The Qunci is creating a new benchmark for service in Lombok, offering premium butler and personal chef services to meet your every need. Qunci’s mantra before, during and after your visit is “consider it done”.

Whether it is to provide helpful advice on local attractions, arrange excursions, grocery shop, schedule a baby sitter, monitor daily housekeeping and pool cleaning, arrange ground transportation, or even coordinate with your personal chef to create a memorable dinner for family and friends, our staff will attend to your every need.

Security

Although the Mangsit Beach area of Lombok is considered one of the most secure areas in Lombok, if not Indonesia, the Qunci takes the security and safety of its guests seriously.

Mangsit Beach is blessed with the presence of a number reputable hotels, including Qunci Villas hotel (a 5 minute walk from Villa Qusia). All of the hotels employ a number of local villagers thus strengthening the ties and feeling of mutual commitment and joint interest in maintaining the security of the area. So far, there have been no reported incidents of serious security breaches in the area.

Additionally, Villa Qusia employs a 24-hour security team to ensure the safety of our guests.
